It's not called "swat" anymore, in Infinite it's called "Tactical Slayer." The name "Swat" has too much cultural baggage lately ("swatting" has gotten people killed, both directly and indirectly).

They recently added the match composer to certain playlists, which have been altered to include a greater variety of game modes, you can deselect other modes from this menu in quick play from what I hear to get Fiesta or Tactical Slayer (or both, or more) specifically

Oh, I might actually play again if they brought in the ability to pick what you can queue into.
