I don't exactly blame you for asking. All the Store Page & the near two-year-old announcement says is "Campaign Network Co-op", which doesn't specify much besides that you'll need more than one machine to play the Campaign Co-operatively (I really hope that there is actually L.A.N/System Link support, 'cause if even having multiple Xboxes, Steam Decks and/or P.Cs in the same room is not good enough for Microsoft to let you play together without an Internet connection... then nothing is at this point).Yes.
Yes.
Not sure.
Not sure.
Well, unless this method also works on P.C. or even still works on console, then absolutely not (Unless Nucleus Co-op[nucleus-coop.github.io] supports the game & you've got the hardware for that task or other unofficial solutions have cropped up since as they have for The Master Chief Collection).
If I recall correctly, there's a clearly-indicated 'proximity limit' that prohibits how far apart players can be, not too dissimilar a limitation from the Loading Zones of the prior games that would teleport the most distant player(s) toward the player(s) crossing the Loading Zone.
I'll refer back to my previous for further details.
