Game not working

No matter how many times I uninstall and re-install, whenever I get to the screen with, "press enter to start", once I click enter the screen loads for a second but then it doesn't change, I can hear the lobby music and all but I cant do anything, any fixes?

Have you submitted a ticket?
I’ve always found the support team quite helpful.

its a server issue the new update is not playing nice with steam.

Same problem for me - I tried re-installing, rolled back driver to older version, nothing helped so far

edit: this worked for me, copied from earlier post:

In the Windows Search bar, enter "Credential Manager", and select Credential Manager to open it.
Select Windows Credentials.
Scroll down to the section labeled Generic Credentials.
For every item that has "Xbl|2043073184" in the title:
Click on the item to expand it
Select Remove
Confirm you wish to delete that item
Launch Halo Infinite and check to see if the sign-in process has started from the beginning.
Note: This may sign you out of most or all Xbox network sign-ins on your PC.

I'm looking in this folder and found 11 items starting with "Xbl|2043073184", as well as one that starts with Xbl|Ticket|2043073184|, do I need to remove this one as well? This one also is much higher up in the list, followed by some other XblGrts items, then it's the 11 "Xbl|2043073184" ones. Thanks in advance.

this happened last time i didnt play this game for a while then there was a big update, either on the loading screen or when it says press enter the game freezes or doesn't load, took months for them to fix it the first time, probably just a swift uninstall for me, have fun thou
