700 players online on steam rn, can anyone still find games? is multiplayer it cross platform with xbox where there are hopefully more halo fans playing? dont wanna try to get into the game if there are not enough players to find games etc

yes cross platform is on by default, most of the players are based in the US so the peak times are around 5pm-12pm during the week

even still I get firefight matches pretty quickly

yea and no you will have players around if they keep the servers up but thats the only thing going for it, I hardly play it I mostly touch it for the custom games and maybe some firefight but at times it will get so bad you will take some time just finding a match on the normal matching thus I play customs lol so it being around for a long long time idk maybe? its up to micro ck soft and them hiring ppl that hate halo and guns sooooooo......

My guess is the majority of players are from console. I play pve Firefight exclusively now. There's no problem finding games at any time. If you want a specific pvp mode it's gonna depend on the time of day in USA.
