Halo wont launch (Xbox app)

So I searched online and nothing. When I start the game it gives me the launching game screen with the easy anti cheat logo, takes like 5 ish minutes, and then doesn't launch. It just says, "game failed to launch (2)" and nothing else. Before it would lock my mouse to the screen and all of my mouse inputs would not do anything. It didn't do it this time but I am getting so annoyed. Any solutions?
