Customisation & Shop Completely Broken For Me

Customisation and shop is completely unusable for me. Every form of customisation just greets me with a black screen and the UNSC loading symbol and the Shop just keeps saying "Clearing the landing zone."
Waited 10 minutes and restarted the game 4 separate times with no change...

Yea same here. I'm unable to access any form of customization, and I'm not sure what to do about it.

Same here was also a problem during on the of flight tests awhile back, Not sure why my specs are far above the recommended as well but its just an infinite loading loop for customization & shop menu screens

Full reinstall on a different SSD, still no changes, and Zaeylla i had the issue on the last Flight as well.

I wouldn't even know how to fix this.

i also had this same problem during the flight and i still have it now with no idea on how to fix it.

Seemed to work for me was to reinstall the entire game and then restart computer but I somehow doubt that'll work for everyone.

Well I'll give it a shot. Uninstalling and just to be sure reinstalling it on my SSD this time. Here's hoping it fixes the issue.

Reinstalled onto a different drive, an SSD this time, still have zero access to virtually all the online content except for the matches themselves....

This might sound funny, but make sure all your graphics setting are the lowest possible and try to go into the armoury, for whatever reason it seems like that place maxes out my PC even compared to the rest of the game.

Sorry to hear, got an RTX 3080 and had to lower my settings to get it... game is just whack.
