Connection Error with the Server

Hello everyone, I hope you can help me because I’ve tried several solutions and still can’t figure out what’s going wrong. Here’s the situation:

- I install Halo Infinite.
- I launch Halo Infinite.
- I wait for it to load, and the start menu appears. I press Enter, and it asks me to log in with my Xbox profile.
- I log in with my Xbox profile without any issues.
- It loads for a while. When the message "Analyzing Data" appears, the screen freezes (the music keeps playing), and after a few minutes, it goes to the main menu.
- There is no connection to the server, I can’t access multiplayer, the battle pass, or the news. My profile data hasn’t loaded, and my Xbox progress isn’t reflected.

It’s clear that something goes wrong during the Xbox user authentication process, but I can’t figure out why. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

- Verified the game files on Steam.
- Checked the firewall.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
- Ran the CMD command ipconfig /flushdns.
- Installed the game on the Xbox app launcher and checked if it connects. It does connect to the servers, and my profile data is recovered.
- Deleted all content from the Steam folder and replaced it with the content from the Xbox folder to see if that works.

After all these attempts, I still haven’t been able to solve the connection issue. Any ideas or help you can provide? Neither the official Halo website nor the official Discord has been able to help me.

im having the same issue, after waiting for a month of being banned and i still cant play cuz the sh*t wont load anything !!!!!

I have the same issue with FORGE. I get timeout errors all the time when I try to bring in a map into forge! Here is proof!

Personally I think the Winter Update broke Forge!

I sent this video to Halo Support. Who knows if they will fix this anytime soon.

So I'll play BF 2042 and Delta Force in the mean time.
