get rid of challenge based modes

Just add the Server list and let players go there ..
And choose what they want ..

You unlock about 30 of the bloody things over the course of the battle pass.

The next battle pass will probably be out and you will unlock more...

I think people are missing a key word in all this. "Challenge".
Or are all you kids from the participation award generation, Where everyone gets a medal just for showing up? 💀

There are some challenges i do not like. SWAT related ones mainly, anything to do with Highjacking vehicles, pulse carbine kills.. ill attempt them but if I can't get them within a a game or two I swap it out.

The issue isn't "playing the game to earn certain rewards" but being forced to play in an unfavourable way to earn certain rewards

The only ones they may consider is BTB, but only because BTB is broken. The rest they have no plans on changing, as part of the reason the challenge system even exists is to get people to play more then just one game mode.

If they were to take them out, they would then just put everything in the store and you can get your items by purchasing them lol.

A Challenge is usually supposed to be hard to obtain, most of the "Challenges" aren't hard to get. Most of the "Challenges" in the game right now basically are participation awards.
