I dig up some screenshots, but trees looks like from Quake 2 era and textrues so low res weapon models are unrecognizable and I can see through some envirmental elements. XD
Actually 4 GB won't cut even for minimum. XD

I appreciate the answer, but I already did this. I found two cfg files that contain these references (one for base game and one for campaign) and I went through both of them altering the entries for my system. Looking around online I found a few people saying that they worked something in to stop that specific method.
I'd be willing to try again if you can confirm it's worked recently, but in my very recent experience it didn't. Maybe I did something wrong, didn't get the right file, or all of them, but I think 343 have actually been fairly thorough about this now.
If you really want to play the game again you can consider a GeForce Now subscription. Right now the first month it's half-price.
You can also try Free mode, but thr queue sometiems very long the the basic RIG also a 1060 6 GB, which almost any settings ran worse performance then on ym 1650. Only those weird texture issues won't appear. But Performance subs can run the game at max settings + RT for the MP.
