Infinite crashing on loading screen

I recently installed new graphics drivers and it looks like that's whats causing the problem. I looked it up and found some people that said i had to install some older graphics drivers so i did. That made this game work but then some of my other games wouldn't work because the drivers were outdated. I installed the newest drivers again bringing me to back to the start, Infinite crashes every single time in the loading screen and i don't know what to do anymore.

Just got a 7800xt what fixed from crashing on the first loading screen was was deleting the intro.mp4 not sure how that worked but it did

Are you talking about the loading when you boot the game, or during matchmaking?

If it's when you boot the game, a fix if you have an Nvidia card is to toggle the Nvidia overlay on in the Nvidia app or GeForce experience. That fixed it for me. I wouldn't roll back the driver to play because one of the most recent Nvidia drivers had a security vulnerability fix.
