temp banned despite never leaving the match

Just got stuck in one of those matches that takes ages to load. I waited the entire time and we got a win because everyone else gave up and left so the only people left in the match (which still hadn't properly loaded) were me and another guy on my team. And the game temp. banned me. Just wanted to complain, what a stupid system.

Also has happened to me. Four time in the past and once again today. This time though I was able to video-capture the BS ban and have once again sent a complaint/bug report to 343 via Halo Support and hopefully this time they will get off their asses and fix the issue (as well as the multiple issues that fellow players have with the game) instead of giving a generic responses (such as we cannot help as your temp ban has now lifted), completely ignoring the fact the ban shouldn't have even happened, or piss poor patch solutions which bring with them a host of other problems.

yeah they really don't care enough, I do enjoy the core gameplay but this game has been so woefully mismanaged for how big it should be
