I'd definitely wait for it to go on sale. I'm playing with a friend and we've had points where we could not progress the campaign story. One was where my friend hit a switch before I could and apparently the host needs to hit the switch for it to not glitch out. The second point was where the world disappeared behind a door that opened and we both were stuck in the void. Another one was where we got on an elevator and it descended into nothing. We're near the end of the campaign and there are no save points on the level we're on. It's been pretty difficult on Legendary, but we made it pretty far in the level, then died to find out there are no save points. We made it back then the game glitched and a button won't activate. Every time you hit one of these points, you can't just restart from checkpoint, you have to start the chapter over again.
