Can't get past start screen

I reinstalled twice, verified the files, nothing works. I just get stuck at the start screen. Any advice? It worked fine months ago.

It starts to load and then nothing happens, I can still hear the background music though.

Hey buddy did you figure it out? I'm stuck on the main menu too.

Enable the Game Bar in the windows settings, should take a restart or two but it should work after it has you log in again.

Been trying to get any part of the game to start a game, training etc for 5 days. Nothing works. the game loads up then sits at the menu screen not loading any info and sometimes just sits there frozen. I tested the files, nothing working, maybe will try complete reinstall.

It doesn’t work, I’ve tried everything. I signed back into my Xbox account twice and get stuck. I’ve cleared the cache and cookies. It’s as if that Xbox sign in box is there but it’s invisible. I’m glad it worked for you but it doesn’t work for me.

here's what worked for me guys, i signed in on microsoft store (i tink the whole reason this happened is because i changed the password for my email)

then i did this

Possible workaround 2: Remove Halo Infinite sign in credentials
In the Windows Search bar, enter "Credential Manager", and select Credential Manager to open it.
Select Windows Credentials.
Scroll down to the section labeled Generic Credentials.
For every item that has "Xbl|2043073184" in the title:
Click on the item to expand it
Select Remove
Confirm you wish to delete that item
Launch Halo Infinite and check to see if the sign-in process has started from the beginning.
Note: This may sign you out of most or all Xbox network sign-ins on your PC.

i then restarted windows, opened halo infinite and it prompted me to sign in on my windows live account
