Accidental In Store Purchases
I had the store open, my dog knocked a pillow off the couch which landed on my controllers backpedals and hit the x button twice. I now own a skin that I would never have purchased, and there's no refund option, no support on the website for this stuff, and I will now not be able to afford the next battle pass when I finish this one.

If any devs care to help me out that would be great. I literally only purchased currency because I wanted the battle pass to work through them, this skin isn't ever something I would want or equip. Please help.

Yes. The website has recourse for accidental purchase of credits, through the vendors of those credits, but not for in game purchases of those credits. I read every article containing the word "purchase" on the support site, and the tickets are all locked behind categories of in game bugs. This isn't a bug, it's an accident that is going to make me miss out on content that I actually did want to purchase.
