Disable join in progress

Can we please have a toggle for if we want to be put into in progress matches. I only have some much time a day to play games, and so when I queue up for a game and join a husky raid match where my team is 0 - 2 and they have the flag half way to their base, causing the game to end before I even spawn (something that just happened to me literally twice in a row) it makes me really want to not waste my time playing halo. Love this game, don't love having my time wasted.
