It is still longer than S4 but it is so much bearable

Same. I thought there was something wrong with my nvme drive. Nope. Halo is still a technical bag of ass.
How is it on nVidia to fix it when 343 broke it...???
343 did not break it. Nvidia changed the shader cache location in the 545 driver update a week ago.
And every other game has zero issues dealing with this change, but for some reason Halo Infinite is the only one. You're right, it must be Nvidias fault.
I am in disbelief that they roll out an update and I still have to wait 15 minutes to open the game. Makes me want to vomit. Incompetence is unrelenting these days.
ROLLING BACK IS NOT THE FIX. FFS PEOPLE. ITS ON THE DEVS TO FIX THEIR ♥♥♥♥ UP ON NOT TESTING BEFORE RELEASING...im on driver 536.99, and same damn issue. for once, its actually not nvidia and their stupid way of releasing broken drivers day 1 of their update
