I'll leave you guys to that loss im not copping it. Its not worth the 250 exp for the 15 minutes of my time.
And it works apparantly 2/10 times.
I just had a CTF where we were winning 2-0 and then we had 1 guy less for the last 2-3 min and we didn't get a single JIP. So i'd say it dosn't exist until it works.
They only need an option to opt out of joining games that have already started.

I just don't like jumping into a match and not knowing what is even going on. When your in a fresh game, you know everyone is on the same page as you because everyone is just starting. In a game that's already started, you don't have a clue what is going on when you first enter. You quickly have to figure that out, often on your own, and then try and figure out how you can even contribute in some meaningful way.
From what I recall reading, JIP prioritization is done so that joining players can experience as close to a full match as possible instead of immediately having to re-queue. It really sucks to be on a team mid/late game and not get a new teammate, especially when it lets the other team rally for the win. It also sucks to be dropped into a hopeless game in the final couple of minutes. Ideally, there would be an opt-in/out JIP feature, or even a more nuanced JIP filter which lets you customize what type of matches you want to be dropped into. Even a simple heads-up of matchtype and score would be useful.
