PC Crashes? Submit a Ticket Please!

hey y'all, we're currently tracking some crashes and we're always looking to gather more information.

i would ask that you please hit up Halo Support[aka.ms] and submit tickets about the crashes you're running into.

I have the same issue.. bar loads fully then gets stuck with a space bg and epic music :(

I've been finding the 2nd method helps more often than the first, but both of these can apply, so try one and if it's still broken try the other.

game just freezes on menu. 343 takes the biggest L. every time i try to log on to this, there's always something wrong.

Check your filter(s).
Check out, previous entries. Maybe, you'll find-your solution. Scroll up, click?
If, you're attempting to login in. Either through the Steam Client or Xbox App. Your Microsoft account would need to authenticate. Endless cycling? -> "Authenticating with Servers." Try the built in, repair tool (xbox app). Verify the game files (steam client).

If not, look into opening a ticket with Halo Support.

OMFG. This game crashes every time I try to start it. Starts loading the menu and crashes. Completely reinstalled and even reinstalled my Nvidia drivers. It worked once and then the next day just keeps crashing again.

Try: gamelaunchhelper
May initiate a trouble-shoot. Potential cause.
Locate. Where? Ex: File Location. OS Search. Client: Steam -> steam apps -> Common-> Halo Infinite -> Scroll for gamelaunchhelper. Also, attempt an admin approach.
If not, try previous entries.

Hola , antes tenía muchos fallos , el juego se cerraban solo o se congela la pantalla. Resultó se que tenía una ram dañada , Pero no me di cuenta de ese problema Proque mis otros juegos funcionan bien . Hasta que un día dando mantenimiento me di cuenta que una ram ya no me funcionaba bien . Cambie la memoria. Ahora halo va súper bien

Looks like-you may have not been meeting the minimum requirements due to a damaged RAM stick. You replaced faulty hardware and Halo Infinite booted. Nice. Cool story!

have over 700h in this game, but now i cant play... login sucks :( Have Xbox account on PC, did update that, nothing,still freese on loading platform screen...
