In multiplayer menu. Can't select "Play", and there is text reading "Error retrieving data center connection quality information."

Tried restarting Halo Infinite.
Tried starting custom game and letting it sit there for a minute then exiting.

Haven't tried restarting computer.
Haven't tried reinstalling the game.

Try loading into a custom game, then quit. Matchmaking is working for me now.

Same here, even tried custom game as suggested. still no dice, I notice game is not syncing automatically after quitting either. Giving up on it for the week

Wow, first I got banned for leaving too many matches because I was only getting connected to 130+ ping matches and now the servers are down....

I've wasted a double xp booster for literally nothing. I am pissed.
Why the hell do I torment myself with this ridiculous game? I don't even find it fun.
Halo has been a broken garbage franchise ever since 343 taken over and they never done anything good for it. ♥♥♥♥ I miss Bungie Era Halo when things were package complete and not a bureaucratic nightmare. There is no going back though.
