Whenever any other game has issues, and one might think to come here meantime to "wait it out", this game will have the same issues, making it not even viable as a shoddy backup.
That could be it too! So, it seems that halo for some reason is no longer getting along with 7.1 headphones or 3 party apps for peripherals. I upgraded to windows 11 and it reset my settings I had for sound. I started having issues with hearing audio from behind again when I tried to test run some other fixes I was doing in halo. It bugged me so much because I fixed it before but I forgot how. I had the Logitech Ghub app for my Pro x wireless headset. I will send a link to what helped me do the correct steps, but it seems that once I changed my headphones from 7.1 to stereo in the sound calibration, it disabled ghub from detecting my headset but when I played halo, I no longer crashed and I also had audio from behind me again. Like I said I’ll get the link here when I’m back home for everyone that wants to see if it will work for them!
