Campaign Scorpion gun 'glitch' is back ?

Someone in a Discord said it was added back and I found an article online saying 343 said they'd add it back in a future patch, was it added back ?

It's going to be returning soon but the patch delivering it and the other changes they're reverting hasn't dropped yet

It's standard 343 procedures, Remove something no one asked to be removed instead of working on real issues, Then put it back in later and try to look like the caring hero by bringing it back and being all like "Oh look how we listen to you and care and brought back this feature/bug/glitch (whatever) you all wanted (That we removed for no reason as it didn't affect anyone other that the person playing)"

Taking it out to put it right back in literally serves no purpose at all when that's time that could have been spent on fixing things that matter.
