Hello!
Thanks for letting us know about this issue. If you haven't updated your graphic drivers, please do as this might help solve your issue. Here's an article that you can view to read more about the recommended drivers for the game: https://support.halowaypoint.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408731548180-PC-hardware-specs-and-drivers-for-Halo-Infinite-
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Halo Agent Zebra
Obviously the game does not recognise that its crashing and assumes that i quit therefore it has banned me.
and by the way i too do not like people who rage quit just as much as i do not like people who do not read my post properly.
Also thank you for pointing out that the ban is 5 mins Kwafi i was not aware of the short time frame, does'nt it get longer the more times it bans you though? and tbh it should'nt ban you at all if it can't tell the difference between a game crash and someone quitting.
Yes, but that's not a ban, that's a matchmaking cooldown. It's very confusing when it just says "You've Been Banned" with no time frame present :)
What does RQ'ing even mean??
My internet disconnects randomly, sometimes it doesn't happen in a day, sometimes it can happen up to 20 times. I've been banned for this same reason, not everyone is a rage quitter :) he's experiencing a genuine issue that I've also posted about before
I feel your pain and i have recently updated my graphic drivers to the latest ones since reading a post about how it may help, however this did not solve the issue for me, it kinda sucks that many other people are having the same problem but at least i know i'm not alone, thanks for the input.
Yes, that's the issue though, it's not hard to implement a software that detects disconnects or crashes. In "ye olden days" if a game crashed on PC, it would automatically bring up a crash report function, this is non-existent in modern games
crash is not RQ
just garbage coding 343
Not all have this problem and is your choice to play a game you have problem of crashes.
There are consequences for own actions and decisions.
Hopefully whatever the reason is it will be fixed by the time the beta ends, not everyone wants to splash out on a new graphics card.
