the aim assist is similar to Halo 5 which is to say that its rather low for Halo. MCC would literally increase your aim assist if you have high frame rates not even joking. KBM players gotta stop blaming aim assist. literally a few years ago before crossplay was popular KBM player would say ♥♥♥♥ like "KBM destroys controller any day" all the time. honestly now it just seems like its just blame shifting why they died.

lets not forget that Halo Players have been playing on controller since 2001. If I never played Halo as kid then I'd be playing on KBM right now but I grew up with Halo on Controller so I use Controller cause thats what feels right. kinda the same with Gears 5, KBM is OBJECTIVELY better in every way but I play on controller cause thats what im used to.

please stop blaming Aim Assist and just get better at the game.

i'm a M+K player since over 20 years. I just tested the "aimbot" yesterday on controller, i felt it a lillte bit, but if you are dogsh*t with controller like me you will stay dogsh*t. It's nothing super crazy. The real problem for controller players would be, if headshots would do more damage with shields active.

Aim assist is a crutch. Its not the players on MnK are bad it's literally because the controller users have magnetic bullets because of aim assist and they exploit that. Aim assist IS a big problem especially since they disable it for MnK users. We don't even have range detection anymore. The PC users are being punished for some reason.

That clip gets passed around so much yet fails to mention that was from the test flight version, they nerfed the aim assist quite a lot since then. Controller has barely any adventage if you are good enough with your mouse aim you'll have zero issues.

Honestly think you are just trolling since you hide your stats nothing to back up your skill level you can just claim you're diamond, which isn't even the highest rank so you are obviously no where close to that.

Funny how I still mostly die to people on Mouse and keyboard lol. And it wasn't till I played Solo/Duo rank with Controller only did I feel like I was on a level playing field.

I feel M/K users just get salty in dying on a crossplay game so they immediately start blaming Controller users for how much they suck.

M/K Users: Mouse is the superior aiming tool. It's so much more accurate, easy to use and just better!

This, I agree with absolutely, I tried both control types and I dominate way more while using the keyboard mouse setup. People just blame it on anything but themselves, I think they all expect to be insane at this game with zero practice and knowledge and get put in their places by veterans.

From my test games using controller it even felt like the Aim Assist was way too weak. At least it's not at a point where it's so strong that someone who isn't used to playing Controller gets an instant improvement.

totally agree so bad kbm is not even optimal for rank at all. all the big streamers switched to controller. I dont think im a die hard halo fan to ever go back to a controller for fps games but im considering it
