It's also ridiculous that some basic colors are locked being payment and you can't customize what color certain pieces are. This is something that has been around in Halo games for years, for FREE! Everyone looks the same. It's rare to find someone with even some kind of customization.

Also, my main experience with cosmetics was gary's mod. People make them for free and put them up on the steam workshop. For free. $0. If I ever get ambitious, I can make my own- I know how to use vroid studio and blender, and it would only take me about a week to learn how to do it, even if I decide to learn the proportions trick.
And when people stop buying the game, then what? How do they make money going forward to continue supporting the game?
People like you can't seem to grasp the fact that online games need to make money at a steady rate for support to continue over many years. Game sales alone would not keep this game running for many years.
