Left a 3v4 ranked match and got banned

Why would I continue to play a 3v4 when it's nearly guaranteed for my team to lose? Why would matchmaking even allow a 3v4 match in the first place? I leave and I get punished for this awful matchmaking. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid.

I’m sure he got a ban too, which is well earned. All leavers get bans and all leavers deserve them.

The system shouldn't even match a 3v4, and if it does it shouldn't punish people for leaving for failing to set up a fair match. Ideally, everyone should leave.

Agreed it’s ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up that it’s even possible to match up in an uneven game, that certainly needs to be fixed. But leavers make the experience even worse for everyone else, and so, should be removed from the equation.

I once had my team in ranked behemoth ctf; I simply hid in a corner and waited for the other team to win. Guess who didn't lose any rank? You on the other hand deserve your ban and derank.

I believe it only allows you to leave without consequences if you leave when you have less then half of your team left.

I also feel that this is consequences for not forming a reliable team before queuing up instead of relying on randoms the ai matchmaker picks for you. AI can only do so much, and definitely no where near what you could be doing picking your own teammates, so you're going to be getting unreliable teammates far more frequently.

This is where asking option to vote for a match forfeit to quickly end the game so that everyone can leave would be the best option to shoot for. Because they're not going to remove abandonment penalties.

A 3v4 is not fun, it's an unfair match that shouldn't exist. Maybe you enjoy getting your butt slapped constantly but I don't.

What's the difference between you throwing the match because you know you're going to lose and me leaving because it's pointless? You enjoy wasting your time sitting in a corner?

Or how about if the game matches you in a 3v4 match it allows you to leave without banning you so it doesn't waste everyone's time forcing people to just sit there and wait for the full team to win. How is that fun for anyone?

It didnt match you in a 3v4... Someone crashed or disconnected in the load screen.
If you're not even willing to try and play the 3v4 even tho you can actually still win a 3v4.... just watch ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ youtube on the second monitor for a few minutes.
