What would it take to get them to remove Fiesta from the game?

Doesn't seem likely, but let's be honest. Fiesta is a horrible game mode.

If this is what people want, then I say we just make Fiesta 2- give 50% of the players nukes and only let people spawn inside someone else's crosshairs lol.

You have to play it for the Tenrai challenges though, and since the amount of cosmetics in the game is low, especially for a F2P player you have to do the challenges to get any kind of customization really.

It's not a fun mode for me anyway. My biggest problem with it is that it's the only to participate in the Tenrai event.

It would've made more sense if 343 weren't lazy and just created a melee only slayer mode to at least fit the theme of Tenrai. Either that or if they'd made challenges melee specific that could be completed in any game mode.

Everyone has swords only. The fractures would be great for 343 to introduce new, funny gamemodes but noooo. Let's force everyone to play a niche gamemode (I like it but most people don't)

It'd be great if the fractures event didn't force you to play fiesta. maybe let you choose a playlist that you want to stay on for the duration of the event or something, or just let you get event challenges from playing on any playlist (though t it wouldn't be much of an "event" without some kind of event-specific playlist).

But yeah I agree, fiesta sucks if you actually care about some semblance of fairness in a PvP match. Spawning with disrupter + plasma pistol while the other team spawns with rockets, grapple hooks and hammers is just immediately de-moralizing and makes me never want to play halo again

My problem is Fiesta could probably be a fun gamemode, however the challenges i have to progress literally make me hate it, I have 2 challenges left and both of them are "stop an enemy on a killing spree" meaning i have to hope there's someone getting a killing spree, hope I've got good weapons, hope i can kill the bellend on a killing spree and worse of all, DO IT 5 TIMES. This format of progression makes me not want to progress man, i'm all for having challenges to get cosmetics, but when it's time exclusive and restricting to a week, i don't want to bother, i enjoy the game but man this just sucks

Ya the Fractures should be like what Ubisoft does with Rainbow Six: Siege where the events usually have special gamemodes with them. If the events/Fractures going forward don't have special gamemodes or something I'll be extremely disappointed in 343, more than I already am. If Ubisoft can do something and do it better then you then you know you're doing a ♥♥♥♥ job.

Honestly people who have a big problem with Fiesta, it's a game mode. After the Tenrai challenges, just don't play it. It doesn't affect you unless you play it. It isn't even a terrible game mode. It's not meant to be taken seriously like bruh, it's a wacky game mode. The name is literally "Fiesta" which means Party, don't take it seriously. You spawn with random weapons and equipment and vehicles. If you have a problem go play Slayer or Oddball and sweat your balls off before someone else kills you and steals your balls.

Ok, this Game Mode would be better both thematically and apparently generally because the community doesn't seem to like Fiesta especially when some challenges are tedious.

Not just new gamemodes to Infinite, new gamemodes to Halo itself. It can't have been an official gamemode in any past version, it has to be brand new and unique. It can be a community made gamemode but not an official one

When did I say they should be punished? Check my post history and you would see I think no one should be banned until 343 solves the crashing issues as well as stops giving challenges for modes people don't want to do, especially ranked.
