high vs ultra textures?
are there any pictures of comparisons showcasing the difference between high and ultra textures? I want know if the difference is even worth the overwhelming vram usage or not. I'm not talking about the hd pack. please show me if evidence is applicable

I would say no. Beyond them being a slightly higher performance draw the texture dlcs cause a lot more crashes and probably bugs. Just uncheck any of them, they don't appear to make much of a difference graphically. Might save you from corrupting the save file.

Oh, sorry. Textures seem pretty muddy irregardless, but I haven't directly compared them. Most rocks anyway.

In game setting = less pop-in. Even on low you get the same textures, they'll just be slightly blurry when you first load into an area or cross the map fast.

Hd texture dlc = who knows, all I see is occasionally higher contrast. They're bugged or something because it'll just tank your 1% lows for seemingly no reason. Same vram usage as standard

why is the VRAM usage for that one setting so high? if you'd know. Is there possibly a leak of poor optimization?

Who knows, all amd titles use an obscene amount of vram for the texture settings. Once you get past medium you probably aren't going to notice a difference anyways.
