How to enable hi resolution texutre DLC?

Hi, is there a way to enable the texture DLCs? It shows as installed when I see the game properties but in game, the textures look subpar. Why is this? Is there a way to enable it?

I am playing at 4K on my 55 OLED all settings on Ultra with vysnc and frame limiter disabled

They download and implement themselves by default unlike most other games. You have to manually remove them if you dont want them. By selecting your game in the library and right clicking properties.

They look subpar most likely because of dynamic resolution scaling. Also make sure your GPU's Vram is not being over utilized. There is a scale in the menu on the bottom right showing optimal Vram usage for your gpu. I still like to check it manually via gpuz.

Is there an option to disable resolution scaling? I remember there is a resoultion slider and I set it to 100%. But I don't think I saw a dynamic resolution option?
