Game balances
The game is quite unbalanced.

Swords + grapple reign supreme
Gravity hammer is also hard to fight against in small maps.

shotguns are massively underpowered
Assault Rifle and pistol are not in the middle of the pack where they should be.

Ravager is plainly unusable unless you are keeping a point

melee combat is very weirdly resolved where you can kill eachother.
and why is there charge on a normal melee hit?

TO MANY GRENADES

I would suggest these changes, mind you I'm no expert at this, it's just my opinion.

Melee:
- remove the charge on normal melee hits, let people use some skill for melee instead of just getting in x range and press a button.
- reduce damage from melee to 3 hits for a kill. 2-hit is insane with charge.
- fastest to melee wins, no draws.

Swords, I don't feel sword are too overpowered, more that anything against it is under powered. perhaps reducing the range at which they can charge by 5-10%

Gravity hammer is allso not really overpowered. it also just doesnt have many counters, just beefing up shotguns and some more default weapons could already balance it out.

Grapple is amazing, but too amazing compared to the other items. Lets beef those up instead so it's all fun to use.

Deployable shield, give it a little more hp and just a littttle bit faster to deploy. it shreds to easily and takes to long to deploy.

Charge/boost, this one is just mostly ♥♥♥♥ right now compared to the grapple. if you use it mid air while over the peak of your jump, it boosts you down. instead let it boost you in the direction you are aiming at, reduce the cooldown a little bit. it will be more flexible to use the the grapple, but not with the same distance and speed.

Assault Rifle is just not worth keeping, it's better to just get close and melee. It's damaged needs to be boosted ever so slightly so you can actually kill someone before you have to reload. and the accuracy could also be just a tiny bit better. It needs to be a gun where you are fine if you don't find another gun, but if you find another gun you'll probably trade it.

MK50 Sidekick, It needs to be more accurate. compared to the assault rifle it should be more accurate that you use it for just a bit more distance. damage wise it could probably also go up just a tiny bit. but a pistol is a pistol, it shouldn't be something you want to keep. but it should be reliable when shooting it.

Bulldog, give it that little more damage close range that if a sword or gravity hammer charges, that it is a threat.

Commando could use a liitle extra damage, just a little.

Hydra, I think it's mostly the crosshair for the default setting that doesn't work. it needs a middle dot and it shouldt light up red if the middle dot doesnt touch an enemy. it's explosive range is also very very small, just a tad bigger would be good.

Pulse Carbine, there doesnt seem to be a use case to use this weapon unless you are in a large scale battle where people dont pay attention. make it either an automatic or a carbine weapon imo.

Plasma pistol is very underwhelming. Hitting a fully charged shot is nearly impossible. and the default shots aren't nice either. very unsatisfying to use. speed up the charged projectile and a little more seeking?

Disruptor doesn't feel nice. it might shred shield, but for some reason it's not nice to hit with or noticeable when you hit or not. sometimes it even seems to jam or something?

Shock rifle, very unsatisfying to shoot. and the recharge time doesn't feel nice.

Heatwave, it's a piece of garbage. The spread doesnt make sense for a shotgun in both modes. and for a special weapon it's very underwhelming to use.

Cindershot is a bit weird. Other seem to kill me fine with it. but I don't find it satisfying to use at all. Gonna leave it on that it's in an okayish spot? not really a weapon that you would want from a special drop imo

Grenades, THERE ARE TO MANY GRENADES. this isn't COD4 or something. Spawn with 1 grenade max and only loot 1 grenade from grenade spots for a max of 2 to hold.

Rocket launcher is as always, the rocket launcher.
Battle rifle is in a great spot.
Needler does whatever a needler does.
Mangler is great.
Stalker rifle is good
Skewer is fine.
Sniper is great
sentinel beam is fine, perhaps a bit to long range?


Some other things
-Why do personal shields light up like christmas trees when hit? can't it be more subtle?
-Vehicles speed up very fast, but they are also very tough to handle, they flip for no reason at all. In other halo games they were much more satisfying to handle.
- the airplane vehicle is to overpowered. there is to little to counter it with. boosting the weapon damages overall might already solve this.
- Spawn points are incredibly stupid. on multiple occasions an enemy spawned right behind me. in certain situations they favor the attacker or defender to much. In a CTF game the enemy came to attack and got our flag, we killed a few and got killed. we spawned out our flag, they could easily walk away and we couldn't keep up. When we attacked and killed a few, they spawned in the middle of the map. we had to go through them spawning 2-3 times along the way.
In slayer matches it happens that I spawn, walk 2 meter and an enemy spawns behind me where I just spawned.
-A few maps have to little cover: Bazaar, behemoth, deadlock. could use a few touch ups for cover.
- Look at Splitgate and use their game mode selection screen.
