Kill an enemy from a distance that is attacking a team mate, play enough Big team and you'll get it.

Got to get Guardian Angel medals which is for killing enemies from a far distance while they are attacking a teammate

Play BTB and grab a BR or Shock Rifle and stay far away from any AR fights and 3rd party the ♥♥♥♥ out of people trying to kill your homies.

It works pretty well on Total Control or whatever the mode is called.
