There are ways to manually increase integrated VRAM via a bios or registry edit; however, not all computers can handle the load, and you would need to upgrade your memory chip(s) to no less than 16 to prevent tanking windows.

The next problem would be that most integrated gpus and older cpu computers don't really fully install dx12, but instead only enable about 3/4s of it. dxdiag will show how much of the dx12 profile is loaded.
You may be able to force it, but it will run unplayably slowly in campaign mode as does any GPU weaker than an RTX 3060.
