Been a few weeks since I played, but I definitely noticed more stuttering tonight while playing campaign. RTX 3080 with i7-10700K

I still have stuttering too but managed to eliminate most of it by:

Turning off steam overlay / all overlays.
Setting NVCP to let the application decide the graphic settings.
Close out of un-needed programs.
Turning everything either off or on low settings
Turn off G-sync
Turn off GPU overclocks and set back to stock settings, at most I set the power and temp limit to max but leave everything else on stock settings or with a custom fan curve.
Turning off AV or putting it on silent / sleep mode
Set windows Game mode to off as well as variable refresh rate and GPU Scheduling.
After launching the game set game to high priority via task manager.

I also use cpu cores before launching the game or after the game has launched to free up memory, I'm not short on Ram I have 32GB and only using 6GB but for some reason it's freeing up stuff that is causing stuttering.
