Where is Halo Wars 2 for Steam?

I know you guys abandoned Halo Wars 2, but I want to own Halo Wars 2 on Steam. How you gonna give us a missing link for the Banished and Infinite? C'mon, 343!

Halo Wars 2 wasn't abandoned; they finished the dev-cycle after the expansion.

Abandoning a game doesn't mean leaving it to die. If you have to keep updating your game to keep players, your game is bad. I mean, look at Counter-Strike and it's sequels (excluding Global Offensive), they're still thriving with no updates.

This is an exclusive in the Microsoft Store. The game works well there. Although, need to say - I don't like the Microsoft launcher. I was unable to install the game on my non-primary hard drive. I bought an SSD only for the operating system. I have a separate HDD for games. This is a problem because I didn't want to install the game on the primary disk. I playthrough the game once and deleted it immediately.

If your thirst for Halo Wars 2 on PC is that great there is an entire Microsoft Windows Store.

Personally, I buy games from any launcher or service at the attractive price. Only in exceptional cases do I choose a more expensive option. Games are getting more expensive these times. I advise everyone to do the same and stop these "launchers war".
