can we make it where i can set my buttons on the steering wheel as hotkeys the game uses an xbox layout and my wheel is a ps4 layout and idk how to change it!?

Yes. Go to Options and select the "Input Mapping" tab. There you can assign every function in the game to whatever buttons you like.
