Cant change name on Franchise Mode

So i want a relocation of Washington whatever its name. Cause i like like Chase Young. I relocate to St Louise. But i cant change the logo and name. And i say, wtf? The team doesnt even have a name, but i cant even make their own new identity? Any solution?

You have to relocate to a different city first. After that, you can relocate again to StL, so it will take a total of two seasons instead of one. On the plus side, you have more options of teams to choose from.
