I didn't get washing station for Horse DLC

I check couple times to building horse station but all I get is just cat and dog logo, Why I didn't get washing station for the horse? is it bug of DLC or just require certain level? Please help

Are you in the horse section? You can't build the horse buildings in the cat and dog part of the shelter.

You need to go through the gate to get to the horse shelter. If you don't have a washing station already (mine is behind/next to the stable) then you should be able to purchase it through the building manager.

I checked in game and under "Buildings" if you scroll to the right, there is a section for Horse Shelter. The washing station for horses is under there.
