Level 1 dog and cat kennels are not complete
I have level 1 dog and cat kennels in my enclosure, but the task says building with level 1 kennels, yet not complete.

Do you have the one with the grassy area or the building with all of the cages? You need to get one of each; one cat enclosure with the grassy area, one cat building with all the cages, one dog enclosure with grassy area, and one dog building with all the cages.
