Dog wont drink water?

Is the bowl in his cage? Does he have access to it for sure? Isn't there anything lying on the floor that could interfere with the pet's ability to approach the water bowl?

I am having the same problem with my cat. I've moved the bowl around within the cage, moved the cat to a different cage and the water with it. I've played with the cat and moved it around and no luck. Every other news of the car is fine she just won't drink even though her thirst is at a maximum.

Have you got maximum/minimum the right way round?

At maximum means full so she wont. Minimum is the least so she should.
