Just having problems with dissapearing animals. I am stuck right now because i adopted out a kitten and he isn't visible in the pen and I cant save while the bus is here. Its also really hard to shave injured kittens.

a few minutes ago an update came out that should fix this bug in the game

Every time I brush an adult cat, the ding that sounds when you finish brushing the cat plays over and over until you stop brushing. And then I have no mouse pointer (no little dot showing where your mouse is) and the tool tips such as the one that pops up when you go to open doors, stops working. Restarting fixes this. Not game breaking, just a tad annoying. Enjoying the game otherwise.

Don't know if this is DLC specific but ever since buying + installing the DLC the dog run has become impossible to move from it's default location. It shows up as red constantly, even when moved to a spot where all other buildings (including the cat run) show up as green.

Did restarting the game help?

Every so often when adopting out a kitten or puppy the carrier won't appear in the van, instead it will appear somewhere on the front exterior wall in the shelter. As well as the carrier not being in the correct place the kittens and puppies jump up into the van as if they were an adult dog, though the animation only works until they actually go to jump up into the van, they then just stand there.

There is a lot of bugs with this game, I raged quit when I had enough. Lot of things that make the game a chore to play and not fun. I want to like the game, but for me it looks like a buggy early access game, too many bugs and problems.

Inventory: Some items take one place each. I can store it in storage, but that doesn't help me when I'm in the vet clinic on the other side. There are a lot of deawers and cuoboards, but I can't use them. I have to put everything on the bench, and sometimes I can't place it or it get putted on the floor. It would be nice to be able to use stoage space in the vet clinic, and to be able to access it while in the building.

Multitasking: I can adopt two pets at once, but the game doean't let me and I have to load an earlier save file. What about queuing the cars? I have to take in a pet, go get it and then I can take in another one. I want to be able to take in more at once, adopt out more at once. But the game doesn't wotk that way, so I'll just end up walking. The one time I adopted to at once, the carrier got stuck in the fence of the enclousure and I couldn't take in or adopt other pets as I already had on for adoption.

Relocate pets: I had mine in the building with a lot of cages and bought the enclousure for dogs. I tried relocate one of the pets, I was told I couldn't and then I couldn't put him down. Not in the enclousure and not in the pen. So again I had to load an old save file.

Reset location: Well, I never had this problem but I had the problem of animals beeing stuck. An alternative to reset all characters would help. Like when the carrier is stuck on the fence or the dog is stuck and can't be put back down.

Since the dlc came out smaller items have been showing as invisible for me. I put them down and can see them but as soon as I move they disappear again.
So far this issue seems to be mostly in the washing room.

I'm not able to adopt any new pets because only puppies and kittens are showing up in the stray pets section, but I don't have the cages for them... But I can't afford cages for them because I don't have enough money, and I can't get money because I can't take in any cats/dogs. D:

I just downloaded the full game for the first time along with the DLC and it always loads me in a different language from English so I haven't been able to play sadly.

Hello, I have 3 new problems since the DLC came out.

♥ First: While I'm playing, at random times the cursor bugs and won't let me click anymore. So I have to load a game where the cursor is working (because of this bug I lost my game that was very advanced T_T).

♥ Second: In the clinic, when I receive the email about the blood samples, the email does not specify what medicine/method I should use (I use the Spanish language).

Third, I'm not sure about this but I'd like to comment: Every time I enter the game, the resolution changes by itself (and I think that's why the resolution of my screens changes, or at least that's what has happened to me in other games too).

We know about this bug in the game. There will be an update soon to fix it

We are already working on some of the things you write about. Getting stuck with pet transporters in fences and other objects on the map is a bug in the game and will be fixed with the next update. We hope you will enjoy playing better as the game develops

Generating new pets for adoption is random. But we will work on the balance :)

We know this bug in the game. You can change the game language by expanding the first tab in the game options menu

Sometimes the game doesn't notice that you're in a puppy building when you try to wash the puppies. The washing table also becomes "invisible" as in, you can walk through it.
While trying to place the puppy on the washing table, the bottom left corner says "Building with dog kennels" and it's just not possible to place the puppy on the table.
Relogging fixed this, but after one or two cleaned puppies the bug was back.

We played Animal SHelter wirhout any problem, but after buying the DLC puppies and kittens it starts up and when we click on new game, it starts loading and just crashes without giving any reason, so unable to play it anymore....
