Patches wont place in properly / Unable to reposition buildings

I'm stuck at patching Louie (cat) on the clinic, the patch is perfectly aligned to the scar yet the game wont let me put it on. I've tried off setting it until it goes full green but the game wont let me go full green.

The buildings wont reposition to a place I want them to even though it is on a open space, on top of that the game allows me to overlap buildings.

It seems like its a overall placement issue is what I am experiencing right now.

We have temporally reverted the game to a previous version as there are some issues with the healing and building placement

I'm having the same issues currently. I have a doggo in care, that needs a patch/bandaid applied, however I cannot get the green progress circle to go beyond 75%, and thus cannot place the patch. :(

The problem should now be resolved. Did I update the game and check the consistency of the game files?

I have checked for updates and verified my files, but I was still unable to apply the bandaid to Violet.

I am the one who uploaded this video, I am sure the game is up-to-date because I bought this game 20 hours ago.

To anyone still having issues, I was also having the same problem and redid it multiple times because the prompt kept telling me to use the surgical scissors and I thought it was because I didn’t place it right since the wound was barely covered as my meter also wasn’t filling 100%. So when I finally decided to actually look at my chart to see the next step it was telling me to get the scissors because that was the next step… even though the wound looked barely covered and I had placed it as full as the meter would go it still checked it off and it started a timer til I had to remove the plaster. When I did cut it after the time ran out my dog was all better. So it could just be a glitch but it is working even if it seems like it isn’t. I hope this helps any one who has this same issue still
