Litter box not working

Yesterday, my litter boxes did not have tops on them. Today, they all have tops and I cannot fill them up with litter anymore. Someone please help me

When I place the litter box the circle is grey so I know it is not filled with litter

Same. I bought six litter boxes but the game only let me fill four of them with kitty litter. Still, the cats don't use them and poop on the floor. This isn't the same as the litter tray that comes with the furnished cat enclosure. The cats aren't using the big litter box you buy in the store.

I've noticed that the new Litterboxes aren't quite right.. I can fill 4 up but I cannot fill up the rest. I used to be able to have all the enclosures/cages ready for the next batch of rescues (yeah I did them in batches lol) but I'm unable to fill up my cat litters.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Wasting a lot of time constantly cleaning the cat enclosures.

I'm having this exact problem. The pouring animation doesn't appear. The litterbox doesn't work. I can't fill it up with litter bag.
I think the problem is in the litterbox model with the lid. Even if the litter bag clips through the lid, it doesn't fill up.
So, I have to clean the cat cage the same way I'd clean a dog cage. Litterboxes are broken.

amazingly, since the last update which was about 2 days ago, I've had no issues with my cat litter anymore. yeah it occasionally bugs out but you make a save file then reload and it works :D

Filling the cat box bug still exists. I bought two boxes and placed one in each cat kennel. I filled one with litter with no issues. Unfortunately, it won't allow me to fill the second box. even tried moving the box and I still can't fill it.
