ohhhhhh... sick. Thank you
"replays: will remain compatible for a longer time between game versions (make sure to record your favorites though, they will eventually get voided at full release)" as announced on 24 february 2022 https://steamcommunity.com/games/1239080/announcements/detail/3110302826510106144?snr=2___
The game's structure changing at full release makes absolute sense, fwiw I wasn't complaining about the replays not working, I haven't been following news about the game as RL is too busy for keeping track of video games so am not surprised about not being up to date.
Back to topic, @OP I found watching Stognerd on youtube really helped me develop my game tactics and get ideas of how best to tackle tricky missions. Good luck and keep at it :)
I know, just a precisation. Because in the past, replays worked even after major changes. Sadly, it was inevitable to break compatibility.
I tried going overboard and this for example works.

You can also brute force the middle part of the first building with the MP5SD6 and kill everyone in there. After that go room to room. The alarm won't be raised unless someone sees a corpse or an operator.
