"Magically Appearing" enemy = bad mission design.
I enjoy this game, I really do, but "magically appearing" enemy who spawn out of thin air to act as a QRF as part of a mission trigger etc is just terrible mission design.

IMHO, they should appear as if running to the site from off-screen, not spawning right in the middle of a house when I have troops inside who are covering the only entrances and then get massacred because 3 enemy spawned in a room behind them as part of a mission trigger.

It's bad mission design and it spoils the "realism-lite" niche the designers were going for.

If enemy's are spawning inside, it's usually going to be from a staircase. It's happened enough times to me now, that I have learned to keep an eye on them. I have also seen maps where bad guys are hidden in the walls by drapes or pieces of scrap wood and metal. These represent tunnel ambush points where enemy are able to spawn from. My advice is to never let your guard down, and always act like there are enemy. Even in a building that you believe to be "secure".

This.

No it isn't!

There are numerous missions where the enemy QRF "spawn" out of thin air either inside or outside with NOTHING around them, no stairs, no "drapes" or any poor other excuse to try to hide bad mission designs around and people making excuses for poor mission design aren't helping the game designers make the game better.

Hell, even the latest update introduced a mission with EXACTLY this issue in one of the new Tiny Troubles missions where and enemy QRF spawn out of thin air in the bottom left corner of the map. My assumption is that the mission designer is trying to simulate the QRF arriving by boat, so just add a boat model (plenty available) rather than having then spawn out of thin air.

Firstly, in what mission do they spawn in a middle of house, as said before in all the official maps all ive seen of them spawning is from entrances or stairs.

Secondly having the enemy spawn is the only current way that a QRF can be implemented. Making a moving boat come and drop enemies off is just not possible at the moment, also having enemies run onto a map from the out of bounds is also currently impossible(A map maker could answer that a bit better than me). These QRFs also generally appear from areas that are quite obvious. roads, side gates exct. If you see it it might be jarring to see them pop out of the air but it doesn't ruin the map suddenly

Cross that part. Pal of mine said that the QRF comes through a gate at the bottom of the map and not by boat. I haven't played that map (Island Strike) so im not sure. But the briefing also includes a mention of a QRF appearing so you got to expect it. Actually most maps will mention it.

As far as I saw they come through the gate. I usually try to keep at least 1-2 men as a rear guard group if possible. Some maps you gotta book it and so you take some more dangerous moves, but for most times should always keep a rear guard.

We have specific issues with spawning enemies outside of the map, its unreliable, so for the moment this will have to do - better to have imperfect QRF than no QRF at all. But we are working to improve it.

Always got to remember 360 security.

Door Kickers 2's control enhancements over 1 make maintaining security a lot simpler and easier to set up.

Difficulties comes from the numerous enemies is also a bad or even disgusted design

^^^ This

When the game does not behave as YOU wish, don't let it phase you.
Instead of being concerned that the design is "bad", be concerned why it bothers you.

It's just a game.
You get to play with toys.
Be happy.

For "immersion" types, you're in the role of not only an officer but a COMMANDER.
Things going wrong? Roll with it. Radiate strength, not your frustration.

Put another way, many are laser-focused on the physical aspects of the game.
They're missing the opportunity for the game to guide personal-development.*
Something doesn't go your way? Embrace The Suck**. (^.-)

* Originally, emphasis was on leadership not equipment. It's now reversed. C'est la vie.

** In the game, you're the boss. Get comfortable with feeling uncomfortable.
