Can we still make corpses stay forever?

options.xml seems to be missing on the main Doorkickers2 folder. I found a similar file in data/gui/options.xml but the keepdeadbodies option is missing.

Yes, it still appear in the data-options.xml
It appears in my options.xml in the line that starts with <Video width=...

Thanks, I found it. It seems that the game creates two directories in MacOS. options.xml is not located in the main game directory and is instead found in application support under the library folder.

Hey man, I'm looking for the keep bodies option on mac. Can you detail your file route to get to options.xml?

You have to show hidden folders first then go to:

Users/(your name)/Library/Application Support/DoorKickers2

I don't know why the developers won't make it a setting in the game.

You have to go to the View tab in File Explorer. Then check the Hidden Items box

For windows open RUN and type this:
%localappdata%\KillHouseGames\DoorKickers2

Open options.xml with notepad and replace:
keepDeadBodies="false" with
keepDeadBodies="true"

you can just edit the option.xml to true to get the dead bodies... but wait... are you saying that now we have a param in the settings? i dont see it
