advice on how to use cia?

Cia is cool in concept but ive always found using rangers or even local swat on the maps made for CIA was always more effective and faster, My main problems with CIA is that theres only 4 and the stealth mechanics in this game always force you into a fight.

Hmm, this is off topic but blackops is one of the strongest agent in DK2, especially at medium
range.

Forget about cocielment and bring M4 sup and 7 explosives.
Use all explosives, maintain medium range, and avoid fighting outnumbered.

I played lonewolf blackops, killed 60+ tangos.
Though it was not covert ops!

Don't underestimate the Undercover guys, though. They don't work well in areas crawling with enemies, but when you've got some room to work with, try to find an enemy nobody's watching, walk behind and shoot them in the back (or set an ambush where they walk past). Then camouflage again, sneak away, rinse, repeat (whistling a happy tune is optional).
For the occasional cluster of enemies, you can also pack a pair of frags without going over your concealment budget.
Remember: If you ever find yourself in a fair fight, your plan sucked.

Undercovers never enter combat. They have max concealment and do recon. Maybe they throw a grenade and walk away, but no more than that.

Black Ops do the killing. They have armor, rifles, all the toys. Because the Undercovers are providing intel they have an advantage in battle.
