Path to Suck Less in under 12 Seconds

As titled above, how can 12 seconds be achieved on the
Path to Suck Less Map?
My best is 17 seconds, because my assault team keep
slowing down to kill.

i get it to 11s
with 2 man remove pistol rast raid armor 1 bring breach charge
after enter the house door breach the wall to the garage and kill the guy in toilet
other man go normal rout to garage and kill man behind the car

I was lucky and used the MP5A5, then had the troops running between the various doorways (only aiming for 1 sec at each doorway to kill any enemies) and managed 10 sec but I'm sure it was a pure fluke for me.

Yeah, basically draw the absolute shortest paths you can. In the final room on the far right of the map, I had my rear guy wrap around the truck to get the terrorists there while I had the entry kicker go straight for the bath room, to the point where he is almost ignoring the other terrorists. Sometimes they get lucky and dome him. I'm working on getting it down to 10 sec. I just read that you could remove all gear besides the rifle and plates.
