slow motion is devmode. It will be removed.

The game can be pause every second.

I think slow-mo adds more cinematic feeling to pretty much any action game. And not enough games use it to it's full potential, sadly.

Sorry lads but if its something that only the developers should be having access but everyday people are accessing it as well there's gonna be a dang problem with it, this is an extreme example but take a look at Fallout 76's dev room situation (that's likely also still on going).

I don't think it should be removed, it allows me to sync unnatural things, such as having one troop put a wall breach on a wall, and having another soldier shoot a rocket launcher so the charge can blow while the rocket is traveling, allowing me to do some crazy damage.

Sad to hear this will go, hope it will still be accessible through a mod in the future. Definitively a lot of fun to play with on some of the more hectic missions.

Yeah... I remember over the Mid-East... they used to have an option to slow down.

Once slowed, you could...
position the aircraft, confirm the target, set your weapons, conduct electronic warfare, lock the system for attack, release the weapons, assess the damage, communicate with the allies, and egress the area... before they kill you.

Really. All slowed down.
One minute I'm going 420 mph (675 kph). Then 10 mph (16 kph).
It was a button. I remember it being blue. Push the red one to go fast again. (^.^)

BUT SERIOUSLY...
It's a "Tactical Puzzle" to develop YOUR ability as a commander / problem solver.
If they are too difficult, down-grade to easier maps. Don't ask the Devs to let you cheat.
