The CPU and memory seems to be ok, but what type of video card do you have ? integrated ?
You should run a dxdiag to see exactly what you have.

The CPU is not ok. Is from 2011.

It has an Intel HD 2000. Unable to run the game.

The minimum Gpu is "Integrated IntelHD 630 or better."



The game is playable on GeForce Now, even with the free tier. But a good internet connection is required and I don't know if your pc can even use GeForce Now.

Made a typo, my CPU is a 5200u. Bought the game, it runs at a stable 30fps.

Anyway, there is a 2 hours refund on Steam so in the worst scenario, nothing is lost.
