How to activate Emily, Nana and Vera 18+ option? So far, I only engage in Isabel in early game. Please help

Continue to do the popup quest, you can check by pressing T -> Note. This will show your current quests. Doing all the quests until you see Nana wear yukata, then that's nearly the end of Nana questline

Access here for the key to unlock Nana & Isabela 18+ (Follow their instructions and start a new game, you will unlock Isabela 18+ very soon, but Nana needs to finish her main questline)

Ps: Emily most likely will be unlocked 18+ next patch (with a new character), Vera not yet be confirmed when the 18+ patch released.

I got the patch installed before I start a new game. I just wonder how do I unlock Nana scenes. What's her main questline?
