What does that add? Nudity? Sex? Adult content? Etc...

So how do we know it's installed? I Copied the Rkey folder here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TOGETHER BnB\TogetherBNB

How do I know it's working?

I had copy patch into BnB Folder and new game ang I meet Isabelle first time but Lewd Scene not show.

try restarting the game from start. i think this happened to me. oh wait, i started already, in normal mode it is cut or show with fade out black and then returned to normal gameplay. then when i patched game, i went to interaction, went to intro then lewd scene. yes, maybe you should patch it properly.
